About the role

This role leads a Clinical Study Operations team overseeing device-based clinical trials for neurological and psychiatric therapeutics, spanning feasibility and site start-up through recruitment, enrollment, data collection, monitoring and close-out.

What you will do

• Lead the team, including hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Oversee ClinOps execution across assigned studies.
• Own KPIs covering execution timelines, enrollment and data quality.
• Lead initiatives around process standardization and tooling.
• Represent ClinOps in business development, feasibility and investigator meetings, and manage sponsor relationships.

What they are looking for

• 6+ years of clinical trial operations experience in biotech, medtech or pharma.
• A bachelor's degree in a clinical or scientific field, and 1 to 2+ years managing people.
• Knowledge of GCP, FDA and regulatory requirements, SOP development and quality management systems.
• CRO and vendor management experience, with up to 15% travel.
