About the role

This role supports clinical trials by coordinating with research sites and internal teams, managing study launches, maintaining site relationships and keeping deployments compliant.

What you will do

• Facilitate study startup across project teams.
• Act as the main liaison between Beacon and clinical research sites.
• Deliver training on device usage and study protocols.
• Monitor timelines and adherence to quality and regulatory standards, including Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines.
• Resolve operational issues and collect site feedback to improve the product and workflows.

What they are looking for

• 2 to 4+ years in clinical project management or operations.
• Strong organizational ability and attention to data accuracy.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and clinical research regulations.

The role is remote within US Pacific or Mountain time zones, with up to 5% travel.
