Merge Labs is a frontier research lab working to bridge biological and artificial intelligence. It is developing new approaches to brain-computer interfaces that interact with the brain at high bandwidth, integrate with advanced AI, and are intended to be safe and accessible.
This role manages full-cycle recruiting across Merge Labs' technical and scientific roles, from initial scoping and sourcing through structured assessment and close.
You will partner closely with hiring managers, and source passive candidates in markets where the talent pool is small and heavily contested.
