Epia Neuro develops a minimally invasive brain-computer interface that detects neural intent to restore motor control after stroke, integrating implantable neural interfaces, adaptive algorithms and assistive devices.
The software behind Epia's platform spans embedded firmware, patient- and clinician-facing device applications, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure for model training and data management.
This role drives planning and execution for the software and firmware projects supporting the implantable brain-computer interface system. You will work closely with engineering leads to turn technical priorities into executable project plans, manage schedules and dependencies, surface risks and tradeoffs, and keep projects moving through development, integration, verification and release.
As the development program grows, the role has scope to take on broader ownership across the software program.
