Beacon Biosignals works on precision medicine for the brain through two business lines: a Life Sciences platform offering at-home EEG for the clinical development of neurological and psychiatric therapeutics, and a Diagnostics business combining EEG and cardiopulmonary signals for at-home sleep and CNS assessments. About the role

This role drives development of next-generation medical devices for precision brain medicine diagnostics and therapeutics.

What you will do

• Own product requirements and system-level definition for device product lines.
• Translate clinical needs and technical constraints into actionable requirements.
• Partner with hardware, firmware, software, quality, regulatory and manufacturing teams.
• Lead tradeoff discussions balancing functionality, usability, manufacturability and regulatory needs.
• Coordinate usability studies, clinical feedback and validation activities, and support design control documentation.

What they are looking for

• A bachelor's in engineering, computer science or biomedical engineering.
• 5 to 8 years in product management, systems engineering or device development, including 3+ years supporting hardware or medical device commercialization.
• Experience with design controls and manufacturing transfer.
• Preferred: an advanced degree, regulated industry background, and familiarity with Ketryx, Jira, Figma or GitHub.
