As part of the DAIR team, reporting to the Director, DAIR, this role provides oversight for the development, implementation and analysis of multimodal brain and body imaging (MoBI) studies of behavior and brain function, with a focus on applying advanced statistical learning techniques to multimodal datasets to identify biomarkers, signals or trends with clinical utility. Translational models are used as needed to understand the phenomenology underlying biomarkers and establish their validity.

The Research Scientist will develop short- and long-term work goals for data analysts, and provide supervision and mentoring for junior research staff, ultimately functioning as a Principal Investigator: providing leadership in these areas and building a portfolio of scientific evidence, fundable projects, and software and analytic tools in multimodal brain and body imaging and biometrics.

This is an exempt, full-time, hybrid position based in the NYC headquarters office or another relevant location, requiring a minimum of four days per week in the office on a schedule set by your supervisor. The in-office requirement is subject to change based on program and organizational needs.
