As Process Engineer, you will develop, execute and transfer semiconductor and microfabrication processes into repeatable manufacturing. The role requires strong hands-on cleanroom experience and practical knowledge of wafer-level processes, supporting process development, equipment activities, troubleshooting, documentation and continuous improvement across several development and manufacturing programs.
This position is office-based in Bellaterra and Barcelona, moving to Barcelona city only from 2027.
