Evolve combines cognitive assessment and adaptive training to help enterprise and high-performance customers understand performance, identify what to improve, and measure change over time.

About the role

This role serves as Evolve's Product Lead, owning the strategy, definition and delivery of the cognitive performance platform as the company moves from early deployments into commercial scale, and owning how those capabilities come together into a differentiated commercial product.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap and commercial offering, defining how assessment, training, reporting and longitudinal measurement form a repeatable enterprise product.
• Own the end-to-end product experience, and define what Evolve measures, derives and surfaces to customers.
• Work with Research and Data Science to translate cognitive, physiological, behavioural and performance data into clear product experiences.
• Ensure hardware, software, sensing, analytics and user experience operate as one coherent product.
• Translate strategy into requirements, PRDs, workflows and release priorities, and lead product decisions across teams.
• Build continuous discovery and feedback loops, using pilots and deployments to validate assumptions, value and adoption.

What they are looking for

• 10 to 15+ years of product experience, including senior ownership of complex technology products.
• Experience taking technically complex products from early deployment into commercial offerings.
• Experience with data-rich products where measurement, analytics and reporting are central to product value.
• Strongly preferred: biosensing, wearables, neurotechnology, digital health or human performance data products, and experience with cognitive assessment or measurement platforms.
