Beacon Biosignals works on precision medicine for the brain through two business lines: a Life Sciences platform offering at-home EEG for the clinical development of neurological and psychiatric therapeutics, and a Diagnostics business combining EEG and cardiopulmonary signals for at-home sleep and CNS assessments. About the role

This role manages clinical study operations across the lifecycle of research initiatives, coordinating with sponsors, project teams and clinical research sites to keep execution timely and high quality.

What you will do

• Orchestrate study startup, including logistics planning and documentation.
• Act as primary liaison between Beacon and research sites, and train them on device usage and protocols.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice.
• Coach team members on regulatory requirements and quality documentation.
• Gather site feedback to inform product and workflow improvements.

What they are looking for

• At least 5 years in clinical project management or operations.
• Familiarity with GCP and ICH guidelines, and experience with decentralized clinical research models.

This is a contract-to-hire individual contributor role with up to 10% travel.
